Seed Scheme
The Foundation and SHOUT make available research seed grants.
The grants are open
to any of the health care professions, academic disciplines or other
relevant background in the Sligo General Hospital catchment area of the
HSE North West. The project/principal applicant must have
some affiliation with Sligo General Hospital.

MRCG/HRB Joint Funding Scheme
The Research & Education
Foundation at Sligo General Hospital is offering grants through the
annual HRB/MRCG Joint Funding Scheme involving the
Medical Research Charities Group (MRCG) and the Health Research Board (HRB).
Nationally, the scheme offers €1 million matching funding
annually through the MRCG.
