The Research & Education Foundation at Sligo General Hospital is a limited company with charity status set up in 1992 by health care professionals at Sligo General Hospital and the Sligo region as well as people from the community.
Vision: The Research & Education Foundation is dedicated to the improvement of health and healthcare delivery by promoting the development of a culture of research and education at Sligo General Hospital and in its region. The Foundation considers the improvement of patient care to be at the core of its activities.
